Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, the world’s most luxurious all-inclusive river cruise line, has partnered with LGBT vacation entertainment company, R Family Vacations to welcome the LGBT community, their children, friends and families on select European itineraries for 2018. This partnership marks the first of its kind between R Family Vacations and a river cruise line, and offers families memorable travel experiences in sought-after destinations that are inviting and safe. Uniworld creates a luxurious, comfortable and caring environment for all guests, which is why these experiences are open to everyone, including the extended family and friends of LGBT travelers.

Next summer, R Family Vacations will host its first group aboard the River Princess on the April 13 departure of Tulips & Windmills, a ten-day journey from Amsterdam to Antwerp. A second trip will take place on the July 1 Enchanting Danube & Prague Generations cruise, a remarkable ten-day journey from Budapest to Prague aboard the S.S. Maria Theresa. Uniworld’s unique Generations family program provides in-depth experiences for people of all ages and is perfect for guests who wish to travel with family. Another hosted group will board the S.S. Maria Theresa on December 2 for the eight-day Danube Holiday Markets cruise, a holiday season cruise that journeys from Budapest to Passau, with added excursions that include visits to various Christmas Markets, as well as “Taste of Christmas” walking discovery tours.
Curated experiences on R Family Vacations’ hosted Uniworld cruises include group dinners, cocktail parties and excursions led by co-founders Gregg Kaminsky and Kelli Carpenter. The itineraries, bookable exclusively through Tzell and ProTravel-affiliated agents, take travelers on eight-day journeys from Budapest to Passau.
