Reservations: For
reservations, please contact our office at 1–866–732–6822
and we'll be happy to assist you.
Rates: Prices are per
person based on double occupancy. Prices do not include airfare,
optional port excursions, bar charges, or spa services. Port taxes,
government fees, and gratuities total $300 per person. All prices
are subject to change.
Name Changes / Late Bookings: Reservations
may be transferred to another guest for a penalty of $150 until
14 days prior to the departure. Anyone making reservations within
14 days of departure must pay overnight charges of $25 for shipping
of documents.
Deposits and Payments: We
require a $1000 deposit to hold a stateroom. The final balance
is due on December 1, 2007.
Cancellation Fees: After
making a reservation, the following cancellation penalties apply:

All
cancellations must be made in writing. |
Travel Insurance: R
Family Vacations strongly recommends purchasing trip cancellation
insurance. All guests will receive information from Liberty Travel
or GOGO Worldwide Travel when making a reservation.
Passport Requirements: In
2007, everyone traveling internationally from the U.S. is required
to possess a passport.
Travel Documents: Travel
Documents will be mailed approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the
departure.
