Rates: Prices are per
person based on double occupancy. Prices do not include airfare,
optional port excursions, bar charges, or spa services. All prices are subject to change.
Name Changes / Late Bookings: Reservations may be transferred to another guest for a penalty of
$150 until 14 days prior to the departure. Anyone making reservations
within 14 days of departure must pay for overnight charges of $25
for shipping of documents.
Deposits and Payments: We
require a $1000 deposit to hold a stateroom. The final balance
is due on April 1, 2009.
Payment/Cancellation Schedule: Final payment is due on April 1, 2009. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

Payment Plans: R Family Vacations also offers an extended payment plan. Once an
initial deposit is made, you may request a monthly payment amount
to be paid through the final balance due date of April 1, 2009.

Passport Requirements: For all U.S. citizens, a valid passport is required for travel to Canada. For all non-U.S. and Canadian citizens, please check with your consulate to determine what necessary paperwork is required for this itinerary.
Travel Documents: Travel
Documents will be mailed approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the departure.
Gratuities: On all NCL ships, a pre-paid service fee is required. Gratuities will be charged to your onboard account at $12 per person per day. There is no charge for children under the age of three.
Fuel Surcharge: You probably know how much fuel prices have fluctuated in recent years. Because of this price volatility, NCL charges a fuel supplement of $11 per guest for the first two guests and $5 for each additional guest per cruise day. This charge may vary due to market conditions. Please note that on "family suites" the $11 fee will apply for the first two guests in the second stateroom.
Government Taxes and Fees: Currently $178. Once we have received your deposit or full payment, the cruise rate is secure except in the event of substantial increases in operating costs, tariffs, or taxes prior to the sailing date. In such cases, NCL reserves the right to add a surcharge.
Travel Documents: All reservations ar subject to the R Family Vacations Terms and Conditions as well as the Norwegian Cruise Line Passenger Ticket Contract.
Disable and Special Needs Passenger: R Family Vacations is developing a voluntary and considered confidential registry of passengers that
request special services for the Disabled or with special needs. We are doing this so that we can
prepare our staff and programs to be as inclusive as possible. The actual physical access on the ship is
the responsibility of NCL. We will forward on and coordinate services with NCL to ensure that needs are
